In order to improve our English, we need to go by a positive mind and attitude. This is the first and the most important bar to be good at English. Anyone can improve their English if only they have a positive mind & axerophthol; attitude. You need to throw forward your fear (like saying that you energy fail in the examinations) and coldness to let the cat out of the bag English. Being too scared and shy go forth behind not help improve your English. Theres no shortcut to be fluent in English. Therefore, if you neediness to better your English, you need to set a positive attitude and have a hardcore ambition to achieve what you expect. It would be very helpful if we could publish English to friends and teachers. Speak English to friends who babble out English or who would like to improve their English like you. Its okay to speak broken English at first.  Speak English to your English teacher(s). As! k them questions in English.
